Payments and taxes
Shoplit subscriptions are sold by Polar Software, Inc., 548 Market St, PMB 61301, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, acting as merchant of record. Polar collects and pays the applicable VAT or sales tax on subscriptions. Payments for products sold by Creators are processed by Stripe.

Intellectual property
The Shoplit name, logo, interface, texts and software are the property of Shoplit, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Content published by Creators belongs to them.
Accessibility Statement
Shoplit wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website, our app and the pages we host.
1. Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We are working toward that goal, and some parts of the Service may not meet it yet.
2. What we do
- We take color contrast, keyboard navigation and text alternatives into account when we design new screens.
- Our page editor lets Creators add alternative text to their images.
- We fix accessibility issues reported by our users as a priority.
3. Known limitations
- Pages, products and videos published by Creators are designed by them. Their accessibility (for example, image descriptions or video captions) depends on each Creator.
- Some older screens of the app and some PDF files may not be fully accessible yet.
4. Need help or found a problem?
If you have trouble using any part of Shoplit, email support@shoplithq.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We will reply within 5 business days and, where we can, give you the information or content in another format.
